Rep. Paul Ryan is flying into Piedmont Triad International Airport today on his way to a campaign stop in Danville. While it is unlikely that the GOP vice presidential candidate will make any remarks while in Greensboro, anything is possible.
It’s as good a reason as any to revisit what North Carolinians think of him — or thought of him in late August when Elon did its most recent poll. We asked likely voters “Does Mitt Romney’s choice of Paul Ryan as his vice presidential running mate make you more likely or less likely to vote for Romney this fall–or does it not make much difference either way?”
Twenty-nine percent responded more likely, 24% said less likely and 44% said it wouldn’t make much difference.
